BABTAB Merchandise – Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with BABTAB (Bikers Against Bike Theft & Balaclavas), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Made to Order
All merchandise is printed or embroidered to order. Please ensure you select the correct size, colour and item before completing your purchase.
2. No Returns for Change of Mind
As all items are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund the item.
4. Sizing
Size guides are provided where available. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct size before ordering.
5. Colours & Images
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, embroidery and print positioning may vary slightly from the images shown due to manufacturing processes and screen settings.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier lead times, production and courier services. BABTAB cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the delivery company. If a parcel is lost or damaged, we will assist in raising a claim where possible but cannot guarantee compensation until the courier completes its investigation.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
9. Merchandise Sales
All merchandise is sold to help support the work of BABTAB, including equipment, awareness campaigns and operating costs.
10. Intellectual Property
BABTAB logos, artwork and branding remain the property of BABTAB and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
11. Right to Refuse Orders
BABTAB reserves the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order at its discretion.
12. Limitation of Liability
BABTAB’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our merchandise.
13. Amendments
BABTAB reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. Abuse Towards Volunteers
BABTAB merchandise is managed by volunteers in their own time. Abuse, threatening behaviour or harassment towards volunteers regarding orders, delivery or stock availability will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse future sales where such behaviour occurs.
