As all of our products are made to order and our business is run by volunteers, we kindly ask customers to allow time for us to prepare each order before dispatch.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be manufactured and prepared for dispatch.

Many orders are completed sooner, but during busy periods the full 14-day production time may be required.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered to your chosen UK address using our selected courier or postal service.

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and are separate from the manufacturing time.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we always aim to meet our estimated timescales, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, supplier availability, postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.
