Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Free from damage
- Returned with any original packaging where possible
Non-returnable Items
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised products
- Custom-made items
- Items showing signs of wear or use
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) as quickly as possible.
Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
